“While I’m extremely proud of the work my administration has done in partnership with our City Council and many others, this is no time to rest on our laurels. We have to continue our work to ensure property values remain the steadiest on the west shore, our schools remain among the best in the state, and our city services are without equal".

Sutherland’s platform includes:

• Creative partnerships to save tax dollars.

“As Mayor, I’m proud that our city is weathering this
economic storm and I look forward to brighter days
ahead. While many other cities are faced with major
deficits, the decisions made by this administration,
with City Council, have put us in a position of long
term stability”, Sutherland said.
